At Maxosports, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We offer a flexible return, exchange, and refund policy to address any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at contact@maxosports.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
Eligibility for returns
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
- A valid proof of purchase (order invoice) must be included with the returned item.
Return process
- Email contact@maxosports.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with all original tags, packaging, and the order invoice.
- Submit the package to the pickup person or ship it back to the address provided.
- Once the return is confirmed, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Exchange and replacement policy
If you need to exchange an item due to size or fitting issues, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The exchanged/replaced product will be delivered within the next 5 to 7 working days. To initiate an exchange/replacement, email contact@maxosports.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange or replacement.

Refund policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Delivery of defective or incorrect products.
- Unable to provide a replacement due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund process
- Email- contact@maxosports.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order details, the nature of the issue, and photographs of the defective product.
- Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your MaxoSports wallet.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, email contact@maxosports.com with your order ID.
Cancellation guidelines
- Orders are processed within 1-2 days of confirmation. Cancellations requested after this time cannot be guaranteed.
- Orders placed after 6 PM on Saturday or on Sunday can be canceled on Monday before 8 AM.
- Orders placed on public holidays can be canceled on the next working day before 8 AM.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed and credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Coupon code value, loyalty points, and product discount value are non-refundable for canceled orders.
Important notes
- All return approvals will take 2-4 business days to process.
- Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your MaxoSports wallet.
- Refunds for returns will be processed only after confirmation from the courier.
