Cancellations by the customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If we receive your cancellation request before your order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and process a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our Return Policy.

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order due to reasons such as:
- Limitations on product availability or stock.
- Errors in product or pricing information.
- Issues identified during payment verification or fraud prevention checks.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. We will notify you via email if your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to process it.
